Hi Beech Grove - are you going to be able to put all the groups on YouTube? It would be wonderful to watch all the groups. I see two groups posted but would love to watch the others.

We are still trying to get YouTube to lift their copyright claims against our livestream. It appears that yesterday was the first day that the channel was allowed to post any time of video again. We will continue to work to get the videos up, but we cannot promise that YouTube will not remove them again.

Michael, I had all students in my band. Based off scoring we should have won best band.

I am sorry that you are disappointed by the result, but I would appreciate if you did not disseminate incorrect information. The scoring and tabulation was accurate. Columbus North also had no adult members of their band and therefore were awarded with the best band trophy for their performance in the Single-Gender division, as this award was given regardless of division.

But based off the score sheet we were the highest band in small but now I see it was the North Stars. I thought the North Stars was the mixed group. I thought one was given out for the division. I think that is pretty much a honest mistake and after a scoring mistake I had in a virtual competition, I was definitely going to make sure for my kids on this. You had a long day, please get some rest. I wasn’t being disrespectful. Enjoy your Sunday.

This event page has been updated. Just a few notes -- this competition has large school, small mixed, and small women's divisions. The performance schedule lists schools with more than one choir in a performance block together, instead of individual times per choir, so that's why you see the overlap in times. Lastly, the Beech Grove exhibition is scheduled for 10:40 pm with virtual awards following around 11:00 pm.

I don't know. We are not producing the live stream, we're just sharing the link! One would think their virtual awards ceremony would be broadcast, but it could be possible they ran into a technical issue? No clue, but hopefully someone will fill us in.
