will this competition be postponed? a bit worried that if its postponed then Clinton Attache wont be able to attend for planning/travel purposes. At least if its postponed more schools like Burroughs, Bonita, Burbank, and Carlsbad will be able to attend since it wont conflict with other competitions
Burbank schools are on spring break the week of this competition as was the case last year. This encompasses both JBHS and Burbank. A lot of people would LOVE to see a comp with JBHS, Burbank, Los Alamitos and Clinton. How epic would that be!!!
I was just about to say, it seems like John Burroughs and Burbank are avoiding Clinton by not competing here. Both of them used to attend this competition all the time. And Clinton is quite possibly the best they've ever been so if they were to beat the top California groups, this would have been the year. No disrespect to the Tier 1 groups competing here, but Clinton is in an entirely different league and it's a let down that they aren't competing against any of the top 5 or so groups in the country this year.
I think they’d be happy to compete against Clinton, just not at this competition lol.
Still should be a great night- don’t forget that once upon a time, Hart snuck up on Attaché and broke their 7 year GC streak! Anything can happen.
Very true! I just think it's strange that Clinton is going all the way to California and not even going to compete against the best California groups. And Clinton goes here every other year so it seems like John Burroughs or Burbank would want to meet them in their stomping ground and go head to head.
