Congratulations to all the groups who performed at Hastings this weekend. Kinda upset that Bridge Street didn't make finals, not sure what happened.. Their show has gotten so far with constant changes making them better and better, they killed it out there today and performed the best I have ever seen them perform before. Not sure what happened there but at least their message was shared with others and they can hopefully end the season on a good note!

They were wonderful! This was a TOUGH competition, one of the toughest I have seen in my past 10 years attending this competition. They should be very proud of their performance!!!!

Congrats Johnston on the Best Vocals caption!! ATSC and 10th Street Edition are some excellent singers, but after hearing your gorgeous singing on the feed at Urbandale I thought you could take the caption today.

I'm very excited to host this competition this year! I'm excited to see some real big competition for finals and during finals. I can see 4 groups really fighting to get into finals. Johnston Synergy I feel really has a lot of potential to make finals this year considering their recent 5th place finish at Urbandale. I'm rooting for every group to do fantastic! I'm very excited to see Linn Mar, Johnston, ATSC and Bemidji's shows here! Good luck to everybody!!!!!

I’m pretty sure that since we’re competing in the prep division, we won’t be eligible for finals at Hastings. Please correct me if I’m wrong!

The rules say AA only, and Synergy is listed below as an A group, so it looks like they wouldn’t be eligible for finals.
