I can’t speak for CJ or anybody at Jay County but normally day-of cancellations don’t affect the number of finalists.

We are still on schedule for tomorrow despite some weather concerns. The weather advisory has shrunk considerable, and after meeting with our administration we are currently good ahead for our current and full schedule for tomorrow. If changes/tweaks need to be made because of travel difficulties, we will make them as necessary.

No worries! We are actively watching the weather. To us (even with the weather advisory) currently it looks like after very early Saturday morning it will be rain, which should wash away any icy conditions! And if it snows in the afternoon it won’t be an overload of ice.

Here is a slight update to our schedule. You'll notice that the first choirs are spread apart a little more. As this is our first competition, we want to make absolutely sure there are no hiccups with our traffic pattern for moving equipment, transitioning, etc. Also the last 2 groups of the day are switching performance times:

9:00 - 9:30AM: Northrop Allure
9:40 - 10:10AM: Carroll Select Sound
10:20 - 10:50AM: Huntington Viking Volume
Festival Division:
10:55 - 11:25AM: Saugutuck Glee Club

Small Mixed Division:
11:30 - 12:00PM: Bishop Luers Minstrels

LUNCH BREAK 12:30 - 1:30PM

1:30 - 2:00PM: Bellmont Brave Generation
2:00 - 2:30PM: New Haven Symphonic Fusion

Large Mixed Division:
2:30 - 3:00PM Carroll Minstrel Magic
3:00 - 3:30PM New Castle Red Hot Blues
3:30 - 4:00PM Huntington Varsity Singers
4:00 - 4:30PM Walsh Jesuit Harmony Gold
4:30 - 5:00PM Northrop Charisma
