It doesn't. But it did back in May 2018 when we made the event list! The plan for it to take place in 2019 was ultimately scratched and South Dakota folks would have to fill us in on that. The legacy of this short-lived state competition is Mitchell winning the large division all three years and Vermillion winning the small title twice while Groton took the inaugural small school championship.

We did cancel the state competition. We are going to an All-State format instead!
