suspesion (sp?)

I think the word you were looking for was "suspense"... lol, but I like your word mostest.

And, I kinda agree with what you said, but the top contenders should have the luxury of bringing up the rear (especially in comps that don't have Finals like Auburn and Opelika). The judges need a chance to compare those choirs while they are fresh on their minds.

I can't wait to see the schedule at Auburn this year...I just hope that they let the competition end with Opelika, Auburn, Homewood, and Spain Park in no particular order.

The only problem i have with that is if we all go at that time we wont get to watch everyone.....b/c of warmup room, sight reading in what not... im hoping it will be spread enough out so we can see those show chiors....if not we will just have to wait until opelika...(i know a whole week apart.) but after seeing results (either good or bad) the suspesion (sp?) will get to me....

I'm assuming that it's basically gonna be the same groups it always is. Which means Tallasee, Fitzgerald, Enterprise, Auburn, Opelika, Spain Park, Boaz, Dothan, um, those are the only ones that I can remember. But basically a bunch of Alabama groups. And maybe one Georgia one.

Hopefully we won't have the exact same results in the mixed division for the 3rd year in a row. haha.

lol... yeah... it could happen though. I know it's Auburn University's comp and not Auburn High School's, but since you're closer , have you heard of any other groups that are coming?

ah? That'll be 2 years in a row. I was going off of the info Chris gave in another thread. Oh well... I was hoping you guys would make the trip this year. Does anyone know if Enterprise is going this year?

If not, I'd say that it'll be between Opelika, Spain Park, and Auburn. Hopefully Enterprise will be there.

"The Network" is not competeing at Auburn. "The Legacy" may, but it is not for sure yet. I do know, however, that many people from Homewood will be coming down to watch and support groups.

Any early predictions...

I give a slight edge to Homewood because they'll have a competition under their belt at South Jones.

GC) Homewood HS (AL) "The Network"
1RU) Opelika HS (AL) "Ovations"
2RU) Spain Park HS (AL) "Park Singers"

Quick guess at the Ladies comp.... this is just a stab in the dark based on past performances:

GC) Tallassee (Divas)
1RU) Homewood
2RU) Auburn or Opelika

Spain Park HS "Park Singers

I can't wait to see the schedule at Auburn this year... I heard that Opelika and Homewood will be performing at 7:30AM and 7:55 AM respectively. lol... j/k HOPEFULLY!!! I just hope that they let the competition end with Opelika, Auburn, Homewood, and Spain Park in no particular order.
