Is this an ISSMA site? Last year I remember attending Dekalb, and when there was a tie, it was siad that it was ISSMA policy to have the tie remain. I was just wondering because It would surprise me if ISSMA competitions have variations in ties and tie-breaking?
Not sure. I remember the rule being vocals break the tie for ISSMA events when I was in school, and I know I have tabulated ties that were broken on vocal scores before. I spoke with an ISSMA official to break this tie, so it has been consistently that way in all my experiences.
