Anybody got results for the choirs that didn’t make finals? Preble/NSP/Reedsburg looked to all be close to each other in terms of performance.

Between this and Logan, Saturday will be an insanely competitive day in Wisconsin. With that being said,
Predictions:
GC: Janesville Craig
1RU: CR Jefferson
2RU: Totino-Grace
3RU: Davenport Central
4RU: Neenah
5RU: North St Paul

The choirs that don’t make finals should also be competitive, this looks to have a ton of depth.

Predictions based on competitions history of 2019
GC: Craig (Sweep)
1RU: Totino/Jefferson
2RU: Jefferson/Totino
4RU: Davenport Central
5RU: Neenah
6RU: Northern Lights

I've seen Totino and Davenports shows. Davenport has good energy but their vocals aren't too powerful compared to Totino and Craig but their choreo is pretty good. If Totino could be a little cleaner and have a little more energy and diction, specifically around the end, they could do real good. Totino and Neenah are my wildcards for battling Jefferson and Davenport Central and I am not sure how this will turn out but every day is a new day.

Predictions:
GC: Spotlighters (BV BC BB)
1RU: Central SIngers, Inc.
2RU: Company of Singers
3RU: West Side Delegation
4RU: Vintage 2019
5RU: Northern Lights
*I could see these predictions being off, placements for this comp look intense and I can't wait to see what happens.

Single Gender:
GC: T-Tones/Sound FX
1RU: Sound FX/T-Tones
2RU: Rendezvous
*All I have seen are the T-Tones, but I am aware that Sound FX is good and Rendezvous beat BHS at Burlington so

Prep:
GC: Blue Vibrations
1RU: Illuminations
2RU: Ovation
*Blue Vibrations made finals at Mt. Pleasant so I know they'll bring it, Illuminations has an awesome show and has had GC all season, and Ovations was up against some good competition so I see them doing well too.

Almost positive the bigger schools will win 1st and 2nd, they always do, must be fixed as I have watched performances the last four Saturdays and they aren't any better then the smaller schools. But, let's not rule out Reedsburg, they are fantastic, the voices, choreography and unison of the group is superb! Most of these schools do theatrical plays/performances not a choir! Get it right judges.

I’m sorry you feel that way. Every choir works hard to perform its own brand and style of show, and there are a ton of fantastic shows out there - oftentimes, margins between places are razor-thin.

I would add that iIve watched show choir for many years now, and I once thought that, too.. And while it can be difficult for really small schools, say less than 500 kids, to compete with the bigger schools, there are some relatively small schools out there that win consistently. I've seen schools with 3000 kids lose consistently to those with close to 1000. Totino-Grace is a great example - less than 800 kids and they have a great track record.

Predictions:
GC: Janesville Craig- I've seen their show multiple times this season and I fall in love with it every time I see it. They also have won GC at their 2 competitions so far with winning BB, BC, and BV. But, they also have been to "easier comps" so we will see! ;)

1RU: CR Jefferson- I personally haven't seen their show this year but they're currently ranked 5th in Iowa Tier 1 and have placed in the top 3 in both of their comps along with winning a few caption awards. (I can also see Totino in 1st Runner Up as well)

2RU: Totino/Davenport- These groups are known to do very well. I can see a little competition between these two groups. I watched Totinos' show just recently and its amazing and full of surprises. Totino also won last year at Fort so we will see what happens. Davenports shows are usually super energetic and filled with amazing choreo and they are doing amazing as well.

3RU: Totino/Davenport

4RU: Neenah- Neenah has done pretty good this year and I can see them sneaking into 2nd or 3rd runner up.

5RU: North St. Paul- I haven't seen their show this year but they have done pretty well this year. I can also see Mundelein possibly sneaking into finals as well.

BV: Janesville Craig
BC: CR Jefferson
BB: I can see any of the top 3 groups getting it

Single Gender:
GC: Totino Grace Testostertones
1RU: Totino Grace Encore Singers (I can see any of Mundeleins groups in here as well)
2RU: Mundeleins Sound FX or Lights

Prep:
GC: CR Jefferson Ovation
1RU: Davenport Central Blue Vibrations/Neenah Act II
2RU: Neenah Act II/Craig Illuminations

Good Luck to everyone competing! Its gonna be a great comp to attend!
