Not sure if anyone can help me with this, but I’m a college student from the Midwest who recently moved to Boston! I’d really love to attend a competition in MA this season to see what show choir is like here and to support local art! What are the comps that you recommend attending that are accessible by the train/bus? Thanks all!!
Hi! Welcome to New England. This competition is certainly accessible from Boston though it's about an hour away. Likewise, both Andover, MA and Waltham, MA have an incredible competitions in March/early May which are a little closer to Boston (30 minutes or so). You can't go wrong with either of those as well.
Additionally, Tantasqua High School hosts an excellent competition in early February (about 80-90 minutes from Boston) and Lowell High School will be hosting our first competition in the circuit on Jan 19th. (about 45 minutes from Boston).
