Predictions!!!
Mixed I
GC- Franklin Community "Heritage Singers" (BV) (BC)
1RU- Churubusco "New Era"
2RU- Northrop "Charisma" (BB)
I think that Franklin Community will probably safely take the grand champion of this division because they are going of their win last year at state, and because I think this year they will have a more experienced group because of their new intermediate mixed. I think the wild card in this division is Churubusco because they have a new director this year. I could also see Walsh Jesuit making finals here instead of Northrop or Churubusco, but after their placement at Alliance they are going to have to have strong improvement to do that.

Mixed II
GC- Austin "Dimensions" (BV)
1RU- South Dearborn "Opening Knight" (BC) (BB)
2RU- Columbus East "Center Stage"
I think the wild cards in this competition are New Castle and Columbus East. Since New Castle got a new director this year I think that especially in the beginning of the season they won't place like they normally do. I think it is going to be interesting to See how the South Dearborn and Austin place because the only time Austin has defeated South Dearborn was at Bellmont a few years ago, but I could definetly see either group taking the trophy home.

Womens
GC- Northrop "Allure" (BC) (BB)
1RU- Franklin Community "Sensations" (BV)
2RU- East Noble "Premiere Edition"

Middle School
GC- South Dearborn "Showcase"
1RU- Austin "Adrenaline"

Having a tad bit of insight on Walsh, based on our 2017 competition season, we have beaten both Northrop and Churubusco (at FAME we were ahead by 32 points but judging went off of judges' personal preference and points were discarded (another reason I think a lot of people dislike FAME but thats another story)) And 2 points behind Chesterton. At Alliance this year, Walsh improved their placements from prelims, scores were close for all finalists, and ik walsh scored very well in choreo (won't say the results since idk if they want them released) , but it was a well deserved GC for Buckeye Valley. With that said, last time we faced off was 2017 aka 2 years ago, so its going to be a fight between New Era, Charisma, and Harmony Gold and I cant wait for the rematch. Idk much about Franklin Community, but no matter what, I feel it will be close.

I should add on that's not to discredit Churubusco because theyre placement was well deserved and their vocals were truly on point. One of my favorite opening numbers

No one’s counting them out, we are just discussing how it will be close for Walsh, northup, and Churubusco.
