Finalists (I’m shook):
Auburn mixed
Spain Park
Auburn men
Chelsea
Auburn women
Clinton

Sad they didn’t announce large mixed placements. Surprised Oak Mountain didn’t make finals. But when they called Spain Park—the crowd went wild. And I love that Auburn has a men’s group (and they made finals)!

As a film guy, I appreciated Clinton's show. I enjoyed the Charlie Chaplin-inspired visuals at the very beginning. Agreed with Caleb on the one voice sticking out (also in the opener) but maybe it wasn't as noticeable live.

Also-- did anybody else recognize Wild Wild West? I think this is the 3rd time they use it. They can do it 100x more for all I care though, it's fun every time!

Oh. I don’t even know what to think after that Clinton show. It seems they were having some tech issues with those outer 4 screens (and those triangles that kept blinking were a little distracting). And there were some mic issues—particularly noticable during the ballad (one person’s voice was really sticking out and overpowering the rest). I enjoyed the design and theme, once I figured out what it was—which I assume it the history of film (from silent movies to the greatest showman). I loved being able to watch the setup and takedown of the set. And I loved the many hints to Attache’s past (including a little Wild Wild West). I was super freaked out by the flip that a boy did during the boys’ number—did he almost fall? It was crazy.

All in all, I wasn’t overly engrossed or phased (none of Clinton’s recent shows have really caught me). But undeniably, they are STILL Clinton and the technical accuracy of their singing/dancing is of the highest quality. And of course, I’m watching on a live feed so it’s hard to tell anything definitively. I hope to see them live later in the season!

Schedule added. Two groups - Bradley Central's "Vocal Motion" and Tullahoma's "AristoCATS" will be performing Friday evening but judged as part of their respective divisions (which otherwise take place on Saturday). The times for these groups is noted above. There will be six finalists.

Looking at the top left by the competition information, it appears it will be $15 for all day entry.
