- Brad's Analysis -
-I start by saying that although I am an alumnus from Madison Central, my thoughts and opinions are my own. They alone are not representative of anyone associated with Madison Central ;)

-It's a completely new season, so most of this analysis will be based from last show choir season.
Why am I doing this? The short answer is... it's midnight and I'm bored while also obsessed with anything show choir and I'm having withdrawals. I need release. teehee. Okay.... let's get started.
-Many people want me to predict this, but unfortunately, I can't--Predicting this competition is nearly Impossible considering the skill level of the groups attending is relatively close but I wouldn't be surprised if:
-Grenada Sweeps. After having a rough season earlier this year, they are among the most motivated to prove themselves
-Sound Surge creeps into Finals // this group does not get the attention they deserve. (this is likely due to them transitioning from one tier to the next a couple of years back.) but if they patch up their weak points from last year, they could easily hold a large space in their respective tier.
-Chelsea upsets a big group-out of the blue is a SOLID group. In a matter of years, they've truly excelled their tier (I see you Dallas, you're a legend to me) don't sleep on this group.
Some other things to note:
-The last time JA and MC competed, Madison Central managed to come out on top. ALSO Chelsea (who is literally coming out of the blue") ((don't hate me)) managed to best NW Rhapsody before NW found their heat later on in the season. I mention these things to say: There are some scores to settle (Nothing like a little friendly competition amirte???)
Excited to see some new groups Including Warren Central, Parklane, and of course Madison Central's new set of Singer/Dancers “Radiance”
-Let's not forget that we will hopefully get a glimpse or more of Prep's show.
I Can't wait for this competition<3 ! I'll pretty much be there all day, so if you see me you better speak ;}
You’re spot on about Biloxi!! I have a feeling they will do a lot better than last year and Finals could happen a few times. Excited to see how Biloxi and all the other groups do this year!!
Predictions
GC: Jackson Academy (Best Vocals, Best Choreo)
1RU: Grenada
2RU: Madison Central
3RU: Oak Grove/Briarwood
4RU: Northwest Rankin/Briarwood/Biloxi/Oak Grove
I think we can't forget Chelsea, AL in this mix for predictions, as they beat Northwest Rankin early in their season last year, and of course placed in finals at HOA. They truly are a huge up-and-coming group!
My prediction is -
GC: Jackson
1RU: Madison Central
2RU: Grenada
3RU: Pearl River Central/Chelsea
4RU: Chelsea/Pearl River Central
This competition, along with the South Jones competition will set in motion an exciting year for show choir in the south. I can not wait for the lineup to be posted!
Jackson Academy will be attending this competition. I have also heard that Madison Central will be there, I’m not sure so someone please check for me. I also see several Grenada students and staff have said they “will be attending” so I’m going to assume they will be there too.
