I can't believe FAME has yet to fix their programs. I know that FAME has always been a for-profit organization, but they should at least try to tend to other's needs. I was excited to go to this and was super willing to pay an outrageous amount of money to see these groups including one of my favorites that we went up against this year. Normal competitions and even show choir nationals' ticket prices are not above $20, so the somewhat acceptable outrageous price would have been $30. $60 for seven groups IN TOTAL? That's ridiculous. I will get over it; I didn't have to go anyways. However I feel super sorry for the parents and fans that want to go support their group.

At HOA Orlando (the most anticipated comp of the year), a $50 dollar ticket allowed you to watch 26 groups, which included several of the best groups in the country (even though the caliber of the groups shouldn’t affect ticket prices). Idk if HOA would have lowered ticket prices if only 13 or even 7 groups had signed up, but it’s definitely a better than deal than what FAME is offering. It really does seem like FAME is hanging by a thread. Less and less groups are attending their events and their prices remain ever so high. I would assume that means they’re not doing so well financially, but that’s just speculation. If it’s not true, I feel like FAME really needs to make changes if they want more groups to come, and it’s dissapointing to see them like this since they’ve hosted such amazing and intense competitions in the past.

HOA has messed with ticket prices based off of # of groups attending. I know last year at HOA cincy it was $30 for an all day pass and the price changed when they hosted events like Atlanta and Orlando. It just makes no sense why a contest would charge parents going to see their kid compete $60/$70 with there only being 7 groups. Makes it hard for them to draw in a crowd with those prices.

I would have liked to have gone, but not at those prices. I was in the area, but could never have raised the money or desire I had after seeing their Super Show a few years back. Supposedly, their should be an important reply to this. I cannot find it.

I'm not sure where you are located but, the time zone may be different. Where I am, Ohio, we are an hour ahead of Chicago.
