so now the only device, my iphone, upon which I was able to purchase a viewing ticket, has now become unable to view as the livestream logged me out and now does not recognize my username or password. I was able to watch Burroughs, who did great, and now nothing, I can't get back in. Anyone else having this issue?

No, I haven't been logged out once. The stream has been interrupted once or twice but a quick refresh solved that. The e-mail and password you used when you purchased your ticket are your key to the live stream. Most issues folks are experiencing are due to their own internet provider, bandwidth, firewall, etc. The stream is working great! All I can say is keep trying devices, adjust your wireless network if you can, and refresh.

whoever is working the camera needs to include the right side of the stage and if they are going to zoom in on soloists show their whole head.

There's an FAQ section on bandwidth that you could check out. I'm not experiencing a delay at all. It's a really crisp stream so far! And I'm even using university wifi.

What browser are you using? Mine wasn't really working with Safari so I tried Chrome and it worked
