i would like to revise my previous comment... I don't think this competetion is out of St.C league, what i meant was that there are a lot of good choirs going to this competetion.

uglygizmo- My comment was nothing against you! I know you guys were very close to our score.. I apologize if i offended you at all! Good Luck Saturday!

I'm really excited for this competetion but kind of afraid that it is a little out of st.c's league perhaps... Also i wanted to add that St.C did beat out Nitro and Garfield at beavercreek 2 weekends ago.. just wondering if this will change anyones predictions?..anyway, Good Luck to all the choirs and i especially can not wait to see Twinsburg because i haven't seen them for like 4 years now! See everyone Saturday

930 beaver creek 10 Twinsburg 1030 Edgewood looks like im def gonna get there early to see the big dawgs its about to be a longggg day but a REALLY GOOD COMP. 3 days....

and strongsville i would say is not really a contender for anything. Class A is most likely FIndlays to lose but Class B is where it's gonna be between THE RED HOT CANES and TBURG

Ive noticed that if you are looking forward to seeing some of the best groups that are going to be there, you better get there early. Beavercreek, twinsburg, edgewood are all in a row starting at 9:30 AM. Its a suprize to see those groups so early in the morning.

I believe Cuyahoga gives times according to the date in which they receive applications. Solon turned in their's first, so therefore, they get to go last. I think that's the case.

Central is really looking forward to this comp. We havent been to is for about two years. We had to cancel two years ago on account of a death in our directors family. But this time we are ready to go!!! I have no idea about finals. I mean I would love to say "Oh yeah Central is gonna make it" but it all depends on if we can pull the things we were lacking at Marysville together. So I will just hope for the best!

I am really excited to see Findlay, Hurricane, and Twinsburg. I loved all of there shows last year. My group really loved Hurricane at Capital last year. We are all hoping for another acrobatic show as last year!!!

GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!

this should be an interesting competition, and i look forward to hearing the results. after seeing some of these groups last week at Piqua, here's how i think results might turn out...

GC- Findlay
1RU- Twinsburg
2RU- Hurricane
3RU- Edgewood
4RU- Beavercreek
5RU- Solon or Central Crossing

Best Vocals- Findlay
Best Choreo- Twinsburg or Findlay
Best Combo- Findlay (more like an orchestra in their case)

I did however think that Hurricane should have won last year they clearly were the best show choir there from what I saw they rocked out. I loved there rendition of HOldin out for a hero it was SOOO GOOD!! whats hurricane doin this year? songs/themes?? how have they done in comps. so far?

Hurricane is doing a show around "Love" here's the playlist:

You Give Love a Bad Name
After You've Gone
Candle on the Water
Hit the Road Jack
Love is a Wonderful Thing
Separate Ways

Hurricane swept the awards at Porstmouth last week. Speaking as an alum, I really like their show this year.
