Sadly the Classy Ladies will be performing as exhibition because since they are combined from central and logan they do not qualify to compete.

Is that an Iowa rule? I’ve never heard of this. I was assuming Central’s enrollment was more than this competition allowed. Decatur is competing at Urbandale with combined schools.

at this competition they only allow 1a-3a schools. logan is 3a but central is 4a. since central is 4a, they couldn’t compete. we (the class act) had to change some of our crew because they were from central.

I just meant Iowa in general. Whether it's a state association rule or individual competition rules, seems like out-of-state groups run into the most trouble at comps in Iowa compared to anywhere else. Just a casual observation.
