Event has been updated. Perhaps still missing some captions, but the divisional awards are posted and the overall placements were correct. Grafton took 2nd in their division so maybe that was the confusion. No clue, I think it's confusing and somewhat silly to have divisional awards and then overall awards...what are the point of the divisions if you're just comparing them at the end of the day anyways.
