There was plenty of competiton here. New London is a very well run competition and we will be happy to return year after year. The decision not to attend was based on a differing need according to their director.
De Pere Jam Session had an amazing show today! Congrats to Ann Marie Cummings and her group. (Plus we saw a debut of De Pere's new women's group).
I want to clarify my wording. I am certainly not putting down the quality of any of the groups who did compete here! I am happy it was a great day for those groups that did attend, especially my fellow Green Bay Show Choirs from DePere and Preble!! What I really was talking about is the number of schools attending is shrinking each year(we had a calendar conflict this year). I am hoping we can all work hard to attract more interest over to our side of the state. I truly apologize for the wording of my previous post which after reading did sound offending to the groups competing here today. That was not my intention.
This is not that big of a deal but I would like to point out that south St. Paul's women's prep group is actually Diamond Divas with an S and not Diamond Divaz with a Z
I know but just adding that there is not much competition here.. lots of groups that have previously competed here did motvreturn

At New London they only announce a Grand Champion in Class A. Rendezvous did finish in first in Class A and did qualify for finals based on points. There are other rankings but top 3 in Class A were Preble Rendezvous, Kewaskum and Diamond Divas from South St Paul.
THe other two finalists are Madison East and S. St. Paul.
So finalists are Mayville, De Pere, both Preble groups, St. Paul, and Madison East.
Best Male Soloist was Jimmy Twigg from Mayville
Does anyone know the story here?
I've gotten a few texts that say Mayvilles won the middle school division, Prebles Prep made finals, Mayville, De Pere and Preble also made final (couldn't remember the last two) and Mayville got beat male soloist. Can anyone verify or fill in?
