I just want April James to make a guest appearance during Attaché's show, do a dance solo in their closer, then run down into the audience and roundhouse kick me in the face that's all I want.

Im putting that on my show choir bucket list as well.

I have never been good at predictions, so I will just say this; all groups competing in this competition have a lot to be proud of this season, win or lose. This will be interesting to watch and see, but no matter the outcome I hope that this competition makes each group give their best show possible and that no matter the placement at the end of the day that they leave it all on the stage. As sappy and show choir spirited as it sounds it is not about always about the trophy even though we all want to push ourselves to be the best and get our due reward in return. At the end of the day I just want to see some awesome performances and let the judges decide whatever they decide. With that being said this is going to be epic!

If anyone chooses by chance to have an Instagram live video of the performances, they should tell their username and give notice here before. Thanks!
Follow StudentsOfshow choir on Instagram or twitter, or Facebook, there will be a live video!

Predictions:

GC: Burbank "In Sync"/Glenwood "Titan Fever"
1RU: Burbank "In Sync"/Glenwood "Titan Fever"
2RU: Center Grove "Sound System"
3RU: Loveland "By Request"
4RU: Decatur "Elite Energy"
5RU: Grenada "Visions"

I think that GC and 1RU could go either way with Burbank and Glenwood, but I do think that Glenwood will go home with BC and Burbank will take BV, and that's why the GC spot will definitely be a hard one to grab.

I honestly think that Glenwood will beat Burbank
It's always hard to tell considering that Burbank has only competed twice this year!

I attended Show Choir Nationals last year with my group, and im going to throw some predictions out there

PREDICTIONS

GC: Burbank - In Sync

1st RU: Glenwood - Titan Fever

2nd RU: Loveland - By Request

3rd RU: Center Grove - Sound System

4th RU: Decatur - Elite Energy

5th RU: Grenada - Visions

I love Visions so I really hope to see them move up to a higher spot at the competition!! With this turnout, Nationals is going to be a bloodbath, so good luck to every group going

I honestly think that Glenwood will beat Burbank

The Uniondale kids are also some of the most respectful, kind-hearted people I have ever been around.

Man, if I was t taking my kids to WV State Show Choir Festival I'd be taking a road trip. Should be quite a battle between Loveland, Burbank, Glenwood, and Center Grove. What a lineup!

To everyone attending: PLEASE make an effort to watch Rhythm Of The Knight from New York. They are absolutely phenomenal (and as Sam said earlier) an EXPERIENCE. Unfortunately, the scoresheets do not accurately reflect the caliber of that group, since they aim more toward engaging the audience with a theatrical, engaging show, rather than cut-and-dried traditional show choir. You will absolutely not regret watching. And if you do watch, you might as well record that ballad soloist... because she is a reincarnated Etta James.

Lots of love from MA!

Will make sure to watch. Luckily for those attending, the diversity in styles of the groups is already amazing. Glenwood, Burbank, CG, and Loveland all have very unique things they bring to the table. I'm hoping I'll add Uniondale to that list after getting the opportunity to watch them!

I haven't yet seen a harder show choir competition lineup! It's absolutely insane and I think any of the top 4 predicted groups could bring GC but SCN 2017 is going to be a blood bath. But also don't underestimate the other groups! They could absolutely bring it out of nowhere. Extremely excited to see this competition! There are definitely going to be some close calls made.
