My prediction as a Reveille show choir singer/dancer is that anyone who shows up to watch homewood will be very pleased. (100% sure). Honored to compete in such an atmosphere.

I'm not going to predict placements since there haven't been very many groups that have gone head to head. Instead, I'm just going to make some general predictions.
1.) Clinton wins and sweeps.
2.) Auburn, Petal, and Oak Mountain are interchangeable in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th.
3.) The last spot in finals goes to either Jackson Prep or Brandon.
4.) Nerves will be very high throughout the large mixed division going into preliminary awards.
I agree that Clinton is obviously the undisputed king of Southern show choir, but nobody has seen their show this year. Just like any choir, they have had years where vocals haven't been as good and others where vocals have been phenomenal. Choreography is always amazing though... there's a reason why "Clinton Clean" has become a term. Waubonsie Valley went down last weekend unexpectedly. I do not expect Clinton to lose to any Southern group this year, but there's always a chance.
Very agreed I was at their fall revue and it was spectacular especially since it was in December it's going to be one of their best shows
What a powerful lineup. Great place to spend a Saturday - all Saturday. I am really looking forward to seeing all of the great shows, including the ones I saw last week in Albertville as well as the great choirs I haven't seen yet from Mississippi.

I'm extremely excited to attend this competition!!! So many large (and great) groups are going to be there. It's going to be one tough competition and I'm ready to see how the rankings are going to turn out. I'm even excited to see who will make finals because of the large diversity of groups. Brandon is ready to compete!!
I'm personally excited to see Petal, Albertville, and Auburn considering Auburn will have greatly upped their show from Jackson Prep and I haven't seen Petal and Albertville and they were very good last year. Can't wait to see everyone there!!!

I'm not going to put Petal in it right now because I haven't got to see them yet and even though Madison Central beat Grenada this past weekend, I feel as if Grenada will come back stronger and make finals. I also can't wait to see Grenada and Oak Mountain placements in this comp since they will later be competing at Nationals
