I wonder if the fact that Loveland is so far from home has anything to do with this? They probably have the least amount of supporters and they take up two finalist spots.
I'm sure. I sat next to a couple of parents that drove the 11? hours to come here. An epic trip.
Plus, there wasn't a lot of time for dinner. I was amazed that I drove to Taco Bell, ate, and made it back in time. There were a million show choir kids there trying to get food. So I'm sure people are still getting back from dinner (and may miss Brandon).
Finals start at 8:30, I believe. Though the audience is pretty slim at the moment...

Predictions after seeing live:
1--Loveland
2--Oak Grove
3--Opelika
4--Brandon
5--Greneda
From what I've heard--Oak Mountain did not perform due to some sort of disqualification. No other details than that. (What I posted before was incorrect).
Brandon "Brio" was really entertaining!! And big kudos to the soloist who sang "No Good Deed." Normally, I don't prefer when show choirs perform Wicked, but she was FANTASTIC.
Though there are a lot of strong large groups, there is always a hope that a middle division can sneak into finals🙏
Hoping everyone goes on stage and has fun doing what they love!
Good luck to every group on stage today.
I'll be there for the afternoon session and finals. If anyone wants to hang out, message me! And if you see a guy in a blue SCC T-Shirt, it's probably me, so say hi!
