Orange Sensations would like to say thank you for all of your thoughts, prayers and kind words to us at the WJSCI. Both of our guys that were involved in the wreck on the way to school Saturday morning are going to be ok. Praise the Lord!! Bruised, battered, cut up, concussions, one has a fractured neck. But they will be ok.

The first place soloist from Madison Central was Marlee McLain, and the third place from Madison Central was Courtney Johnson.

Winner was from Madison Central
2nd was from Biloxi
3rd was also from Madison Central

Was thinking about taking the trip for this one. Still could. But I'm feeling kind of lazy today! So I'll probably stay home.

Schedule is posted for West Jones. 5 Finalists with Final Awards scheduled for 9:45 PM which should make this one of the earlier ending Southern competitions this year.

The small division here will be quite the competition and looks like it marks the debut of McLaurin on the competitive scene. McLaurin joins Brandon, Northwest Rankin, Richland, and Pisgah as Rankin County School District competitive high school show choirs. Also, McLaurin "AMBUSH" stands for Attitude, Melody, Basic music education, Unity, Self-confidence, and Harmony. The more you know.
