The message behind Muscatine's show is absolutely beautiful. Shout out to their director for piecing together a show with such a powerful message, the song selection and arrangements conveyed the intent perfectly. Hit me in the feels.
What by chance is their theme? I haven't been lucky enough to see it. You can just message me if you don't feel like posting it.

Absolutely agree! Wonderful job Adam.
Side notes:
1. Special shoutout to Davenport West and a very pleasant show to watch. I really enjoyed Ben Schrank's choreo and their vocals were beyond solid.
2. As a proud alum of Papio South, I was more than impressed with the new direction that Mr. Dugdale has taken Titanium. Their dresses were the most stunning by far (well until them, at least) and Melanie Walter's choreography is visually appealing and more difficult than what I've seen in the past years. Awesome soloists, and even more awesome hearts onstage.

Thanks! I've been doing show design for Muscatine for the last seven years. This group really gets it and delivers the message perfectly. Your comment means so much to us!
Good luck to all groups!
-edit-
Arrangements are all from Brock Keiper. He really knocks it out of the park with Muscatine and understands the musical strengths of each different group from year to year.

Not very impressed with Ankeny's show. Very weak second half. Waukee sings very well. Centennial is Centennial. Papillion South is a powerhouse, they always contend.
GC: Ankeny Centennial (BC, BB)
1RU: Waukee (BV)
2RU: Papillion-La Vista South
3RU: Ankeny
4RU: Dowling
5RU: Muscatine
I got to watch Ankeny Centennial in finals at Linn-Mar last weekend and they just blew me away. Their choreo, band, and show design are simply outstanding, but I feel like their vocals were stronger last year, but don't get me wrong they're still great this year. Nevertheless, I think they should be able to pull out the win here. Also, I could see Ankeny, Muscatine, and Dowling finishing in any order. Good luck to everyone competing!
Predictions
GC- Centennial (BC BB)
1RU- Waukee (BV)
2RU- Papillion- La Vista
3RU- Ankeny Visual Adrenaline
4RU- Muscatine
5RU- Dowling
Definitely a big showdown between Centennial and Waukee, two of the best in the state. I've seen a video of Waukee's show on YouTube and only heard things about Centennial's show, all good of course. WIth the knowledge of both shows in the end I think Centennial might just be too much to handle, even with Waukee's great vocals. Either way it will be a great competition! Good luck to all!
Spectrum's Carmen-based show is SO good, and I can't wait to see it again. Their finals performance at Linn-Mar was absolutely breathtaking.
Waukee's vocals...I am speechless. so. good. Saw them at Mid-Iowa, and looking forward to seeing them again.
A lot of the other placements are up for grabs. I can see a lot of groups moving around. Should be a great day of show choir, and as always, an intense competition!!

There simply wasn't enough room to list them all, thus the separation. Sorry about that! The Johnston Showzam (Day One) middle school event has also been updated.
