This competition is going to be crazy especially considering the results tonight with Johnston losing to ATSC by half a point and with Linn Mar coming off a GC beating some incredible groups. If I wasn't busy I would grab a car and drive myself down here for finals.

Oh man this is going to be crazy. Wish I could attend but I'll be in Seattle. I have not seen Westside yet this year, but I did see Johnston at their competition on the 23rd. So my prediction could easily be wrong, but the results from Elkhorn South Crystal Cup should be a good indicator of how this will turn out.

I'm definitely planning on attending this one because it's bound to be crazy!

Predictions

It just doesn't feel right even putting these great groups in a specific order but I feel like if we are going off of results and what I've see either live or on video I think this is how it'll shake out. I just barely missed Johnston's exhibition performance last weekend but I did hear a lot of people really talking about how good it was. In my opinion the only people who could really give them a run for their money and possibly take GC is ATSC. Linn Mar also competed this past weekend and they proved they are a force to be reckoned with too so I expect them to definitely make finals. Getting to the bottom two It got difficult but City West has proved themselves beating a strong Jefferson group twice now so I expect they will score well again. The last spot for me was a toss up I think Kennedy is a great group this year I just think the gym and sound system at Davenport North this past weekend may have tripped them up like it did with everyone. BUT you can't count out Mitchell even with the 2nd place finish this past weekend, should be a great one! I've got friends from both ATSC and Totino heading to this one so I'm definitely excited to see them again! Good luck to everyone!
