Best female went to Lilly Mwambi of east side swingers and best male's name is Jonah Hale

Who won Best Male Soloist??
I don't remember his name exactly, but he was from Northern Lights. It is indicated if you expand the collapsed Tier 1 section.

Awesome, thank you for the info! Did Pocahontas "Showstoppers" not end up attending? They were scheduled to compete in 2A alongside Hudson.

I'm actually not sure about that. Either way, unfortunately, there was no placement nor award for them if they did attend. :/

I'm surprised that no one is predicting North St Paul in finals, considering they have already beaten The Current in a finals this year. Not saying they will beat them here, but they definitely have a chance to make finals.

Also:

Prices are $10 for the day and $10 for the finals or $15 for a full day pass. Students $8, $8, or $12

"The top five scoring groups from the daytime competition are invited into the championship finals. In addition to the five groups, the HIGHEST scoring show choir from 1A,2A, or 3A will also be invited to compete in the evening finals. If the highest scoring 1A, 2A or 3A group is ALSO one of the top five scoring choirs from the day, then the sixth spot will be reserved to the NEXT highest scoring group."

Prep groups ARE eligible for finals.

Never heard of this college. And "North Iowa Area Community College Border Bash"? Wowza, the name of the event is a mouthful! I'll just call it the NIACCBB or something. Sounds fancy that way too

I've never heard of this college either haha and I've lived in Iowa basically my whole life. Granted, I don't really pay attention to Mason City haha sorry
