Yeah, it is the same weekend as their event. Los Al isn't attending this FAME Chicago qualifier. Sound FX already qualified by winning FAME Hollywood. Los Al will be attending FAME's national championship which will also be in Chicago, but in April. They probably just posted on the wrong FAME Chicago topic.

Yeah, it is the same weekend as their event. Los Al isn't attending this FAME Chicago qualifier. Sound FX already qualified by winning FAME Hollywood. Los Al will be attending FAME's national championship which will also be in Chicago, but in April. They probably just posted on the wrong FAME Chicago topic.

On the current FAME Chicago page, the scrolling ticker lists the following as the competing groups:

Broken Arrow Tiger Rhythm (OK)
Buffalo Grove The Expressions (IL)
Castle Knight Sensations (IN)
Crete-Monee Cavaliers (IL)
ETC All Americans (OH)
Urbandale Studio 2012 (IA)

Previously, Huntington North was reportedly attending. Any word on that? I suppose the schedule will be released soon since it has for three of the other FAME events. I guess we'll stay tuned.

The National Level of the Fame Competitions will be held in Chicago on the weekend of April 21. Jones OnStage has been asked to host this competition this year.

I'm just going to wait and go to the national championship thing in April since it's in Chicago as well.

Chicago?! Gaah!! Do you have a source for this? Fame's website says yet to be announced.

(I REALLY wanted to put 3 A's in gaah, but I can't because of the stupid Tier 1 thing.)
