3rd- Los Al

i loved yesterday! it was amazing!
i loved all the sets. every1 seems to get
better and better each time. it's amazing.
i loved shadowlands from chula's set.
it's amazing. i love the soloist.
and of course burbank's set is just WOW haha
i had so much fun at showcase, thank you to all who came. It was a long and hectic day, especially on three hours of sleep, but thats why they invented starbucks lol. I am bummed that i didnt get to watch many of the choirs, i was too busy running the solo competition, but congratulations to all the soloists that competed, you did wonderfully. I had so much fun meeting all of you and i hope that marie landon and i made it as easy for you guys as possible.Congratulations to all, especially jon, i told you you sounded great! =) i hope you all had fun, and im already excited for next year!

Just wanted to say congrats to Burbank on another phenomenal performance, and big props to my MM brothers and sisters who did a fantastic job at their very first competition of the year. I am so blessed to know such an amazing group of people!

Burroughs has been the funnest competition so far, from performing, to yeling and screaming in our seats. It was so much fun!
Burbank- thank you so much for housing us, Cody Morgan and his Family were the best Hosts. Thanks for everything. And Thanks Eli for the cookies, you are awesome. I think that Made MA's day. haha And of course IN SYNC, you guys were awesome as always.
Burroughs- OUr hosts (Janissa and Christian) were so cool, It was real cool how you interacted with us with those fun games, you got us all excited and we had so much fun. Such a fun competition!

I have to say that this was the best competition of the year and since it was my last time performing at Buroughs, thanks to everyone for making this year so much fun!

last nights competition was amazing, i cant even express how i was impressed with all of the groups but here's my view of all the adv mixed groups.
Serrano: loved the theme this year, even though i have to say that your a capella w/ the wolf man was very freaky. overall great show very entertaining, look forward to watching gods vs. mosters again.
Celebration: show was a lot of fun to watch, your a capella was very well put together, soloist is very good. also liked "some like it hot" and the the song "you give love a bad name" was always one of my favorites, bon jovi is awesome.
Glendora and Los Al: sorry to say that i didn't get to watch either of you since i was performing either before or after you guys. look forward to watching both of you at a later festival esp Los Al since you guys got 3rd place.
Carlsbad: i was disappointed that i got stuck outside during your set, but even on the projector screen outside you guys were amazing. love the suits and the soloists in the a capella were awesome. saw a huge improvement from fantasy festival.
Chula: what can i say i always love your sets and this year is no exception. "geek in pink" was a really awesome song and i enjoyed it greatly. the song "shadowlands" has always been a favorite in my books since i first listened to the lion king soundtrack.
Burbank: as always an amazing show, "africa" was one of my favorite numbers of the night, perfect opener and i loved the costumes. the tap in "weight of the world" was awesome wish i could do that, haha.
Hart: very nice show loved "sailing" and very impressed with your show as a whole. the transition with the 4 black flats was amazing, even though i could see what was hapenning behind the flats, because of sitting on the side, it was still very impressive to watch how creative you were.
Brea: opener was very nice and loved the use of all of the props and costumes during "by the sea." very impressed with the improvement from last year. can tell you will be fierce competitors.
Burroughs: your set was awesome, love the tree people at the beginning and the lights throughout the show. "don't stop believing" was an amazing song, great soloist. keiton, sorry if i misspelled that, loved the solo. cant wait to actually compete against you guys.
overall an amazing night, i can tell that this competition season is going to be a lot of fun. look forward to seeing all of you guys again.
